Pretty much any time you move your body  it moves the neck and unlike other parts of the body lying down doesn’t necessarily help relieve pain in the neck. In fact, rest can even make it worse. Neck pain can be caused by many things including poor posture, working at a desk too long and sleeping in the wrong position. Indeed, with many of us working from home we might find ourselves in less than ideal work environments which have led to neck and shoulder pain.

In addition, many chronic conditions can help exacerbate neck pain such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis, fibromyalgia and other problems. Neck pain can even be a symptom of a heart attack, especially for women. If your neck hurts and you have other symptoms seek medical care or call 911.

The Zim’s Max-Freeze Liquid can also be an effective tool to use for neck pain relief. It’s unique long-neck applicator is perfect for ‘’hard to reach’’ areas like the back, neck and shoulders. The menthol, aloe vera, arnica and other ingredients help to penetrate the muscle and provide relief from the pain and help you to be able to relax.
