Happy St Patrick’s Day! This week we celebrate this special day with all of our Irish friends and one of the fun parts of the day is all the traditional yummy foods. Sure some people eat corned beef and cabbage and others shepherd pie, but our favorite tradition is to load up on healthy greens in fruits and vegetables.

Here are some of our favorite healthy vegetables:
🍀Asparagus – this is a definite go-to for high
nutrients and low calories! A huge source of
Vitamin K, which is great for bone health.
🍀Broccoli – a great choice for fiber, potassium
and iron! Lightly steam it to preserve those
nutrients when cooking.
🍀Cucumber – these crunchy little favorites are
made up of 96% water but packed full of
magnesium, manganese and vitamin C.
🍀Spinach – definitely a salad favorite that packs
a big punch of potassium, vitamin C and iron.
Opt for this instead of lettuce to supercharge
your salads!

recharge? Do you incorporate them into your
