We’ve talked about the best running podcasts on the Zim’s blog before but it’s been a while and it’s a topic worth revisiting.
Not only can podcasts provide you with a wealth of knowledge on how to train and prepare for your next race or marathon but they can help provide a sense of community to what is a more solitary activity and sport.

Fit Dad Fitness – the focus here is everything family, health, working out and keeping your kids involved.
Work Play Love – balance is the name of the game here. Family, health, work and everything else life can throw your way.
The Yoga Hour – stretch it out and expand your knowledge of not only yoga but also mental health, spirituality, and more. This is a good one for preparing for or winding down from a run.
20 Minute Fitness – yup, the name says it all but you can expect a ton of fitness knowledge crammed into every second.
