Back in 2019 we talked on the Zim’s blog about some great workout playlists on Spotify. Now that it has been nearly 3 years it is time to take a look and see what else the music streaming service has to offer. Let’s see what we can listen to to help us get the most out of our workout:
Motivation Mix-
Motivation mix bills itself as “uplifting and energetic music that helps you stay motivated” and it is just that. In its 100 songs you have nearly 5 hours of songs that will help you keep going from artists like Ed Sheeran, Clinton Kane, David Guetta and more.
Workout Beats-
We all need that good beat that keeps us running or doing any other kind of exercise. The Workout Beats playlist has 70 songs and is over 3 hours of songs that promise to help you “break a sweat? Turn these jams up and stay motivated!” With artists like Olivia Rodrigo, Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande this is the perfect upbeat collection for your next exercise.
Zumba Beats
For more of a Latin feel check out the playlist entitled Zumba Beats. It promises you can “Break a sweat with this Zumba-inspired playlist!” With 65 songs and 3 and half hours music you can dance to your hearts content. It includes artists like Jennifer Lopez, Enrique Iglesias and Ricky Martin.
the INDIEnet
Our final recommendation is more of a quirky indie feel with the INDIEnet playlist. They promise “a new wave of indie born on the internet” .With 100 songs and over 5 hours you should have just the songs to perk up your run including artists like Lorde, Arctic Monkeys, Matt Maltese and more.
