If you are a family man or woman consider Fit Dad Fitness. In this show host Michael Ashford talks about fitness from a family angle- balancing demands of family life, staying active, working out with your children etc.

Work Play Love

With Work Play Love hosts Lauren Fleshman and Jesse Thomas share their experience as married athletes with 2 kids and present an enlightening and entertaining podcast. They answer listener questions about sports, family, work and how to balance it all.

The Yoga Hour

For a little help in your yoga session check out The Yoga Hour by Dr. Laurel Trujillo. This hour long podcast goes beyond yoga techniques but offers insight into growing spiritually, mentally and practically. It would honestly be a relaxing podcast to listen to whether you participated in yoga or not.

20 Minute Fitness

As the title suggests 20 Minute Fitness crams a ton of information into a quick 20 minute podcast perfect to listen to during a shorter workout at the gym. They focus on topics like nutrition, new tech, science, flexibility and strength training. At currently 258 episodes they are going strong and have lots of info to offer their listeners.
